Installation Process

Unbox and Inspect

Carefully unbox your SADELOOS cover and inspect all components. Verify that all parts listed in the packing slip are included. Check for any shipping damage before proceeding.

Prepare the Truck Bed

Clean the bed rails thoroughly with rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt, grease, or debris. A clean surface ensures proper seal contact and secure mounting.

Position the Rails

10 minutes

Place the side rails on the truck bed rails according to the included template. Ensure they are positioned correctly for your specific truck model. The rails should sit flush against the bed rails.

Secure the Clamps

Install the clamp assemblies at the designated points along each rail. Hand-tighten all clamps first, then go back and torque them to specification using your socket wrench.

Install the Canister
