Installation Guide

Carefully unbox your SADELOOS cover and inspect all components. Verify that all parts listed in the packing slip are included. Check for any shipping damage before proceeding.

Clean the bed rails thoroughly with rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt, grease, or debris. A clean surface ensures proper seal contact and secure mounting.

Place the side rails on the truck bed rails according to the included template. Ensure they are positioned correctly for your specific truck model. The rails should sit flush against the bed rails.

Install the clamp assemblies at the designated points along each rail. Hand-tighten all clamps first, then go back and torque them to specification using your socket wrench.

Position the canister assembly at the front of the bed. Connect the canister to the side rails using the provided hardware. Ensure the canister is level and properly aligned.

Test the cover operation multiple times. Extend and retract the cover to ensure smooth operation. Make any necessary adjustments to the alignment or tension.
