Warranty Coverage

At SADELOOS, we are committed to providing reliable and durable truck protection products. Each SADELOOS truck bed cover is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Period

SADELOOS Truck Bed Covers are covered by a Limited One-Year Warranty beginning from the original date of purchase by the first owner.

Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials, workmanship, and product components under normal use conditions.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, the product must be installed, operated, and maintained according to SADELOOS instructions.

• Installation instructions must be followed correctly.
• The product must not be modified or altered without authorization.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper operation is not covered.
• Normal wear and tear is excluded from warranty coverage.

Product Care Requirements

• Clean the cover with mild automotive soap and clean water only.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.
• Ensure the cover is properly secured before driving.
• Regularly check clamps, brackets, and mounting hardware.
• Remove snow, ice, dirt, or debris before opening the cover.

Warranty Service

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, SADELOOS will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide one of the following solutions:

• Repair the defective component.
• Replace the defective part or product.
• Provide an equivalent replacement solution.
